Replace app_io_xran_fh_init_init() -> set_fh_init()
Replace app_io_xran_fh_config_init() -> set_fh_config()

The previous app_io_xran_fh_config_init() also initialized the prb_map.
Towards our own setup of buffers, temporarily introduce setup_vrbmap()
to set up the missing prb_map.

in app_io_xran_interface():
- remove sector loops: we have only one
- remove useless global var
- explicit interface type

The statements had no effect; when testing, replacing '\n' by '\0' made
the sample app not load the config. Hence, simply remove these
statements.

- use separate Findxran.cmake file
- verify headers of xran lib is present
- require DPDK
- avoid environment variables
