OC selected dedale, which is a real-time node. There are two issues:
- build jobs received a KILL signal
- it would not play nicely with real-time loads
We therefore hardcode another node.

 * Also added a parameter for the registry push pipeline.
   Valid mainly when triggering manually the pipeline when run on develop fails.
