modified version of message chart generator (msc), now events are stored in a contention-free and concurency-free collection (lfds611), resulting in a uniq dump file per executable.
MSC is using an ITTI timer (bad dependancy for executables that are not yet "ITTIzed").

Integrity seems to work (simple scenario with EURECOM UE), encryption should be far more easier to set up since they use the same mechanisms.

Renamed all ITTI functions, to make them start with module name ("itti_").
Added generic signals handling support in ITTI.
Changed ITTI log port for oaisim to 10006.
Introduce an option to use ITTI in oaisim and reoragized code.
