Summary:
This always bothered me. Now:

1) Separate tests for each feature
2) `XTest.cpp` contains `TEST(X, lowerCaseCamelCase)`

Also cleaned up some header files and using statements.

Shamelessly trying to increase the number of lines that blame to me.

Test Plan:
Run all the tests.
