     ** Build on one OAI 4G eNB and one OAI 4G UE
     ** Test in FDD band7 / 5MHz / TM1 in noS1 configuration
     ** Test in FDD band7 / 5MHz / TM1 with latest OpenAir-CN-CUPS --> just attachment
