The test setup cannot (for some yet unidentified reason)
cope with 2x TX and 2x RX at 10MHz. It can with 2x TX
and 1x RX. Thus this hack.

Note that you also need the sdr_expressmimo2_v10 of the previous
commit.

only configure TX without RX for a given chain

on the current test computer, the card cannot send/receive
data to/from the PC fast enough. Might be a DMA issue.
